The company operates with two modern laboratory where daily physico-chemical tests are conducted to verify and monitor the quality of the peanuts, ensuring that every stage complies with the company's strict quality standards. In addition, microbiological tests are performed on all employees, supported by a uniform rotation system to reinforce hygiene and safety protocols.
AGRICULTURE FULL-TIME MONITORING
With a dedicated technical department for each crop, the company works directly with cultivation and harvest in loco. Technical visits and periodic reports are carried out, providing information on the compliance and health status of each crop. No batch enters the manufacturing facility without strict approval. Quality control is complete, from the field to the final delivery to the customer.
LOGISTICS (Own fleet trucks)
To ensure full control over every stage of the production chain, Degan Alimentos has dedicated logistics system operates its own fleet trucks strategically divided between trucks dedicated to transporting in-shell peanuts from the field to the processing facility, and vehicles responsible for delivering the finished product in containers -ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish.
